Area and facilities in OMO3 Asakusa by Hoshino Resorts
The room was well decorated and the bed was pretty comfortable, we were able to wake up well-rested every morning. There is a luggage storage area underneath the bed but we ended up not using it at all since it was troublesome to move our luggage in and out each time, so we just left our luggage at the foot of the bed, leaving us with less space to walk. The water pressure in the bathroom was great and the heater worked very well. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had some trouble checking in due to our credit card, but they were quick to assist us and tried their best to help us despite the language barrier. The rooftop area of the hotel was gorgeous, we had a view of the Tokyo Skytree which was lit up every night. The hotel is also located right beside Sensoji Temple so we could stroll there late at night or early in the morning and it was peaceful and nice.

Although the room was small, it was very well designed and made great use of the space. For example, there was a dedicated spot for the suitcase and shoes, a smart separation between the toilet and the sink/shower, and even a cozy seating area above the bed. The atmosphere was very pleasant, with a fun and modern design — it was really nice to spend time in the room, especially when we turned on the air freshener. Despite some downsides to the breakfast, we really liked the self-service concept that’s available 24/7. We were able to grab something to eat, which was great.

Fantastic stay, close to the station and very accessible for sightseeing. The view from the rooftop terrace was amazing with the temple on one side on the Skytree on the other. It was lovely to grab a drink in the self service shop and sit out on the terrace to enjoy it. If I was going again I wouldn't stay in one of those Yagura rooms again with 2 people. One person is trapped in by the wall and you have to wake the other person up to get out to the bathroom etc.

Orla

The location which was across the road from the temple complex. Room 611 had an wonderful uninterrupted view of the pagoda temple. The views and canteen on the 13th floor were good. 4mins from Asakusa was very convenient....especially as we took the Spacia X train to Nikko from there. Hotel allowed us to check in early for a small fee. They also had good luggage storage facilities. Staff were helpful and cheerful.

Sabena

The location is just few minutes walk from the metro. Room was spacious for a family of 3 people. The reception was extremely helpful. The mini cafe and the roof top garden were the highlight of this hotel - you can enjoy quick meal or breakfast at the mini cafe, and do not miss the roof top garden where you can see the Skytree on one side, and Asakusa Kannon Temple on the other side.
